I've loved houses for as long as I can remember. As a little girl I didn't just see four walls — I saw a home. That instinct never left. Walk a property with me and I'm already reading the floor plan underneath: where the light wants to fall, which wall could open up, what an overlooked space could become.

That isn't only imagination. I've led renovations on four of my own homes, and architecture, design, and décor show up every time I walk a house room by room. Beauty matters. So does function. A gorgeous space still has to work for the people who live in it, and I stay with clients through the decisions that make a house livable — not just photogenic.

Alongside real estate, I continue to work in federal government contracting, managing high-stakes work where missed deadlines and missed details aren't an option. That training is how I practice real estate too: discipline, integrity, follow-through, and clear communication so you're never left wondering where things stand. I hold an MBA, a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, and a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification — the same structure and rigor I bring to every transaction. I'm a real estate agent licensed in Virginia, and I speak English, Russian, Romanian, and Spanish.

Originally from Moldova, I've called the Falls Church–Vienna–Tysons area home for more than 13 years, and I know this community inside and out — its neighborhoods, its rhythms, and what makes each corner of it a little different.

Outside of work I'm a mom to two boys, usually on the sidelines of a soccer field or basketball court. I'm an animal lover through and through — cats, dogs, geckos, goats, all of it — and that love is part of why I care about homes with room to live fully, indoors and out. Strength training, meditation, and travel keep me grounded and energized, and I'm a firm believer in women lifting each other up — in this business and everywhere else.
